Weigh-in Day
I was actually a little bit shocked this week to only lose 1.5 lbs. Hopefully those last two weeks were my lull, now things will start picking up pace. I ran 5 days last week. I am done with my 1.6 mile week and this week begins 2 miles. 10 weeks from Friday we leave. 6 weeks left until my 5k. 4 days until the meeting, see you all there!

I lost 3 lbs this week. I can live with that.
ReplyDeleteNice work Troy! There is 10 more weeks. Keep up that pace and I will be buying lunch at the Upper Deck for sure. Saturday isn't going to do us any favors. By the end of next week, my weight should no longer begin with a 2.
ReplyDeleteI'm down to 218 lbs. Was 240 on last trip. Would be nice to get down to 200 by July, but I have my doubts. Plane might lift of a bit easier.
ReplyDeleteNice work Aaron. I started out at 214 and am at 202 currently. I hope to be 180 by the time the trip rolls around. I am running 5 days a week and watching what I eat. It is coming off slowly but surely.
