    I am thinking the palomar knot is going to be my new knot. That looks absurdly simple. Rated the strongest knot out there on other sites.

    A knot only needs to be tough if you can hook a fish. I don't think Walleye Killer needs to worry about knot strength, he probably won't hook any fish.
