Week one weigh in.
Well so far so good. Tonight was the first of 20 weekly weigh ins. Glad to say that I lost 9.5 lbs. I know that there is know way to keep up a pace like that, but I'm just glad to be off to a good start. I think the biggest challenge ahead will be sticking with this for the whole 20 weeks. That's why I decided to make my journey public on this blog, to help keep me motivated and make it harder for me to give up.

Nice work Wawa. Much like a baseball player who hits 3 dingers on opening day, you are on pace to lose 180+ pounds. You probably shouldn't, so here's to hoping you slow down a bit. :) The first week is always awesome. After that, it becomes a grind. Keep at it...cause I'm gonna.
